Half Day Session - $800 ( 10am - 2pm )

DEPOSIT POLICY *

I accept and agree to the Deposit Policy terms laid out in the FAQ's section of this website that has been made available to me.

CREATIVE FREEDOM *

I give the artist complete creative control of the design and tattoo process in order to produce the best result for my tattoo based on the details of this inquiry.

ARTWORK *

I understand that I will be able to view my tattoo design once I have arrived at the studio for my appointment on the scheduled date/time . I acknowledge that any large changes to the design may result in rescheduling the appointment. I also acknowledge if I change the tattoo idea once a deposit has been in place that I will need to put down another deposit.

LEGAL CONSENT *
